The attached article discusses the ill-fated Fast and Furious ATF Project that allowed Guns to be Purchased and just walk across the border. At the same time we have the President making a joke that his key selling point for the Stimulus Bill "Shovel Ready" Probably wasn't Shovel Ready after all. Time after time we have this administration Shooting before they take aim, launching projects before they have really done an implementation plan with potential risks. Even in Obamacare we didn't find out until a month and a half after it was launched that they "Forgot" to include $115 Billion of Implementation Costs. Had this been in the original proposal (which nobody read anyway) it would have been clear that it added to the Deficit and was not Deficit Neutral.
