Greetings to my Conservative
Friends:
Are you as "Fed UP" as I am??? About a year ago
the PEOPLE of California voted to make it illegal for the State to authorize
marriages between people of the same sex. However, a District Judge invalidated
their referendum under the grounds that the PEOPLE lacked the knowledge to make
this decision. Now the Supremes have decided that the largest TAX INCREASE in
history is VALID as a TAX. But wait, when this was rushed through Congress they
and the AMERICAN PEOPLE were told in no uncertain terms by the President of the
US and his RAMRODS in Congress that this was DEFINITLY NOT A TAX.
So ... how the heck can this be a legitimate bill when THEY
LIED? Actually, Justice Roberts in
essence told US that it was our fault for electing this President and
Congressional Representative. So I ask again, are you as "FED" Up as
I am? Are you willing to take up Roberts message help me organize a series of
"Letters to the Editor" in order to educate our fellow citizens so
that they can become as "Fed Up" as we are?
Most newspapers only allow ONE Letter per month from any
individual so I can't be as effective if I'm the only one submitting letters.
My thought is that I will develop a list of article headlines (so you can see the
whole process). I will then create letter contents which if you agree to submit
you can alter as You see fit. Based on your input I will create a mailing list
so those of you who agree to submit can post us when your article is published
and then WE ALL can log in and add supporting comments. Obviously, this will be
as effective as the number of people who agree to submit a letter and the
number of cohorts who will agree to submit comments. This does not require you
to be in the Chicago area. It would be great if those of you who live in other
States would participate as well. This is the glory of the Internet World. As a
first step, this letter is going to folks from Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota,
California, Colorado, Virginia and of course several from Florida. (Note:
please pass this along to your friends and ask them to participate as well). It
would be great to have more States represented.
So, here are the next steps:
1. If you don’t have the time or interest. Reply to this
message and just say “no thanks”, I understand that many on this list are quite
busy.
2. If
you’re willing to "post" a letter in your name please email me the
paper that you will submit to.
3. If
you’re willing to "Comment" send me an email.
4. Please
give me an email by July 11th so I can get an idea as to the level of
participation and scope of States we will cover. When I get your responses, I
will then publish our mailing list. Actually, I have a Blog site that I haven't
used lately where we can post the letters, mailing list and publish dates. All
you would need to do is to "Subscribe" to the blog site and then you
will be notified of only "new" posts.
5. Meanwhile
I will get out the list of topics by July 9th.
6. And
then the BATTLE WILL START!

for us to elect Representatives who agree on the principles of Fiscal
