On TV now. Seattle has announced it will not prosecute any protected minority because such is "racist" since most defendants are minorities. Also, will no longer require a college degree from job applicants since such a requirement is "racist" since most minorities don't have one. Also, illegal aliens will not be prosecuted for any crime committed since they, too, are the victims of our racist society. And, illegal alien criminals in jail will be released more quickly so that INS cannot deport them.

Isn't this great! The Federal Government has refused to enforce laws such as Immigration, Black Panthers, Drilling in the Gulf etc. They are also using their Regulatory Powers to bi-pass the Congress and the Judiciary. Now we have Cities refusing to enforce laws.
Have these Governments forfeited their right to Govern. Don't we need another Declaration of Independence from this Anarchistic Government?
